The metal is thoroughly cleaned beforehand with our pretreatment chemicals to ensure a smooth finish.
We spray on a mist of base layer paint and then lay a thick layer of paint in one coating so that it looks wet. This makes it flow out properly and get that glossy sheen.
The items dry and are subjected to our proprietary processes.
Following the wet coat process, we place the parts in our clean room to keep them from any contamination.
